Your at-home derma roller system needs to be paired with your favorite serums such as Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Serum. The combination of micro injuries from the fine needles and active ingredients, like hyaluronic acid or vitamin c serum, works to improve uneven skin tone and texture, acne scars, large pores, fine lines and wrinkles, leaving skin appearing more voluminous and plump. Additionally, skincare product absorption can increase up to 200x faster into the skin.

Supercharge your skin’s natural regeneration with 540 stainless steel microneedles. Our microneedling dermaroller system is great for decreasing scarring, the appearance of a dull and tired complexion, and for creating an improvement in your natural glow. Always pair your at home derma roller with a serum to help product absorption, and gently roll the microneedles over the skin’s surface. Results happen quickly - we know you’ll love it! USER TIP: Discontinue use when the device becomes dull or damaged. It will no longer be effective and should be replaced. WARNING: Irritated skin, infected skin, fungal skin, active acne, rosacea etc. are not fit for use. Consult a dermatologist before using if you are concerned with any skin condition or have particularly sensitive skin. If there is any skin sensitivity stop using immediately and consult a doctor or skin specialist. Store the microneedling system carefully and keep out of the reach of children. Do not share dermal roller, as it should be used exclusively by the same person
Allow 2 to 7 days between treatments, depending on the aggression of your treatment. First, place derma roller under warm running water for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, soak derma roller head in isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes (a concentration of 60% to 80%) to disinfect. After cleansing skin, use on forehead, cheeks, and chin. Roll the derma roller back and forth 4-5 times in each direction horizontally, vertically and diagonally in the area you wish to treat. Maintain the same speed and pressure to create more micro vessels. Use for at least 1 minute to properly stimulate the skin. Do not use on your eyelids, lips, or nose. Immediately apply treatment product to the skin. We recommend any of Cosmedica’s skin serums followed by our Multi Active Hydrating Cream. You may experience slight redness after treatment. It will disappear in 2 to 7 days depending on the intensity of your treatment. Also, mild skin peeling is quite common after several days.
